Fly through the air with a flamingo, dive into the water with a penguin, run through the trees with a wolf, join 120 animals on an unforgettable adventure in Two By Two! The pilot for Two By Two was released in 2003, and because of its international success, we decided to call it a pilot and make a feature length version.
This beautiful stop motion animation showcases an international cast of animals as they unexpectedly embark on a journey around the world. The animals find themselves in a world in the midst of slowly rising water. A drifting log becomes the refuge for the 120 animals as it floats over the earth, giving them a much needed rest as it moves along. Traveling around the world with so many animals means adventures are bound to happen! What happens next is top secret information, but check back often to see updates on the movie's progression, including the trailer which will be available January 1st, 2006!
A Movie with Morals
The movies' mission follows the StartMotions philosophy of compassion, and has strong positive messages and lessons throughout the movie. It is a celebration of the natural world, and a motivating reminder of the danger it is in. Behind the scenes, the movie production uses recycled materials, renewable energy (or natural light in some cases), and minimal equipment in order to maintain our earth-friendly mission.
